Apart from her gastronomic restaurant “Léa Linster”, she is as well the owner of the magnificent “Pavillon Madeleine” in Kayl.
The house where the Archbishop Peter von Aspelt was born. He became Archbishop of Mainz and was one of the key figures of the imperial politics during the late middle ages.
The municipality of Frisange extends to the localities: Frisange, Hellange and Aspelt.
People have lived on the municipality’s territories for more than 35000 years, which means that about 1500 generations. Visitors will soon be able to discover extensive excavations in the «Maison de l'Histoire et du Souvenir Aloyse Linster» – objects from times since the Neanderthals, the Stone Age, the Celts, the Gallo-Roman period until the Middle Ages.
