An integral part of the international show jumping scene since 1992, the Réiser Päerdsdeeg attract more than 4,000 visitors each year. The tournament, which boasts international show jumping stars, takes place every year on the Herchesfeld, located between Crauthem and Roeser.
The localities are surrounded by a green zone and forests of 2.100 hectares, cross-crossed by beautiful hiking and didactic paths, cycling tracks as well as a Nordic Walking Park. In the museums in Peppange, the «Musée rural» and the «Musée des Calèches», visitors will get to discover what country life was like in the 19th century, and a remarkable collection of horse carriages.
The municipality of Roeser extends to the localities: Berchem, Bivange, Crauthem, Kockelscheuer, Livange, Peppange und Roeser.
